Every member of staff from Joseph Norton, Springwell and Greenacre is a member of our team.  Together, we form a community of experts committed to sharing and developing our practice. At a strategic level, the partnership is supported by Sarah, Dan, Ruth and Laura. David and Darryl also support across each setting as required. Executive Principal

Sarah Wilson (Executive Principal)
Sarah has overall responsibility for the Special Provision Partnership supported by two Local Governing Bodies and the leadership team. Together they set the strategic direction for each school by analysing current needs and planning for the future. Sarah has been teaching and leading in education for over 20 years. She is passionate about tackling inequality. Sarah is a member of the Department for Education’s Headteacher Reference Group and gives advice on the potential impact of new policies on secondary and special education.

Ruth Radcliffe (Executive Manager- Operations & Partnerships)
Ruth is responsible for the leadership of all administration and partnerships activities. Ruth works alongside Trust Operations, HR, Estates and projects teams to coordinate the effective delivery of support services.

Laura Flynn (Executive Vice Principal)
Laura assists the Executive Principal with the management and organisation of our academies with a particular focus on Special Educational Needs. Laura works closely with Local Authority representatives to undertake the highly complex task of place planning. She also oversees the delivery of commissioned services including the development of the Inclusion Network.


Emma Williams (Associate Executive Principal)
Emma assists the Executive Principal with a specific focus on the assurance of safeguarding, attendance, personal development, behaviour and attitudes across our academies. Emma works with local and regional professionals from a range of agencies such as Social Care, NHS, Police and charities to support the delivery of safeguarding and pastoral work with pupils and their families.
